According to the International Olive Council, Extra Virgin Olive Oil has to attain at least 6.5 points on the organoleptic scale, as well as other requirements established by the regulation. At S.A.T., we insist on a score higher than 7.5 for our 1881 Extra Virgin Olive Oil Alta Selección on this scale. The result is an oil that is different, natural, fruity and green, which captures the essence of the thousand-year-old olive trees of Osuna.
